Achieve Your Life Goals With The Daily Greatness Journal

This year is going to be a big one for me. I have so many goals and objectives I wish to achieve. However as well as setting goals for for myself and my family for the next year I also want to take the time to improve myself as a person. To be more relaxed and stress free and take the time to reflect on what I want in life and how to achieve it. To be able to look at my relationships objectively and work towards making them better.

THE DAILY GREATNESS JOURNAL

The thing is I always had objectives at the start of the year but have never been able to really make a plan and stick to it. I set them and then forget about them. This year I wanted things to be different. I wanted to have a clear path. After reading the great reviews I decided to get The Daily Greatness Journal for myself and see if it was as good as everyone said.

SET OUT YOUR GOALS AND OBJECTIVES

This journal has so far been a game changer for me. It helps you to really have a look at all areas of your life and assess them. It encourages you to take a few minutes every morning and evening to reflect upon your day and what you wish to achieve and how. And is really simple!

At the start of the book you have a Life Revolution Chart, Instructions on how to get the best use out of the journal and A Greatness Blueprint, which is a blueprint of your life. The Blueprint for me is the one of the most interesting features. Here you set out your objectives for each area of your life. You write down what you want to achieve, how, the time frame, and why. But no rush, you can take your time to fill it out.

KEEP ON TOP OF YOUR GOALS

After that everything is put into segments to help you take the necessary steps to achieving your blueprint. The 90 Day Goal Planner is where you can jot down your short term goals and strategies for the next 90 days. This helps you to plan out the year in achievable stages.

Once you have set your objectives and short term goals, then you move on to the everyday aspect of the journal. However you do not need to rush the goal setting. You could leave it blank and come back to it as you figure out what you want to achieve.

PLAN AND FOCUS ON EACH DAY

The everyday part is easy to use and encourages you to start and end the day positively. You have a section for general notes, timetable and checkboxes for Exercise and Meditation. It then follows with 8 questions about the day. The first four are for the beginning of the day and ask what you plan to achieve, feel or accomplish. The other 4 are for the end of the day and ask how your day went, what were your strengths and weaknesses and how you can improve. Every Sunday is then a weekly check in to make sure you are on track.

At the start I was worried I wouldn’t have time to do the journal everyday. However so far so good. For me the best way of doing it is to answer the evening questions and the next mornings questions just before I go to bed. A quick 10 minutes of reflection sets me up for a positive and proactive day.

So far I am impressed with this journal. Its ability to promote mindfulness and self growth, as well as encourage you to develop a strategy for achieving your goals is inspiring. I would recommend it to anyone who is on a journey this year to grow in any aspect of their life. GET IT HERE

The only down side is that the book itself is a little big. Could do with a more compact version.

  • This sounds like a fantastic idea to help understand your emotions for the day and even improve for tomorrow. You’re right though, the time issue did cross my mind but it’s great that you’ve been able to keep up with it! 💚

Looks like I found the perfect planner! I have to get one myself and start taking control of the reins. It is difficult to be always multitasking day in and day out. This planner will not only help me achieve my goals, it is also a great emotional booster!

  • While I don’t have this type of journal I think the concept is so critical. See it visualize it and achieve it
