Hooray! After much discipline and planning, I am finally down to my pre baby weight. I am very chuffed with myself butI still cannot believe it has taken me a year and a half to reach this goal. I had originally thought it was going to take only 4 months! Haha I guess I overestimated my willpower capacity. GREATLY! Nonetheless I have reached it and am I glad that I will not be rolling down the aisle next month. Although I have no completely reached my goal. I am currently working towards my pre Scotland weight and then I will be satisfied with myself. You read correctly. I put on weight when I moved to Scotland. As much as I love Scotland with its beautiful scenery and its friendly alcohol loving people. It has wreaked havoc on my waistline with its cold weather and yummy yet fattening comfort foods
Fish and Chips, Curry, Sunday roasts and as of course the Deep fried mars bar. No wonder I put on 4 kilos. As disgusting as a deep fried mars bar sounds, you will be surprised to know that it is absolutely delicious!
So with only 4 weeks to go until I walk down the aisle I need some serious motivation to kick these last kilos to the curb. For me having good flattering workout gear has always been a good motivator. I don’t know why exactly but I find that if I feel and look good in any aspect of my life. I always tend to put in more effort to make my life better.
So I have been on the hunt for some good workout gear to get me through these last 4 weeks of intense workouts and thought I would share with you some of my favourites.
